2. These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase of goods from us.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Colours may vary depending on your device
  • Specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without notice

All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, UnionPay. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, on product pages and on our delivery information page. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided by you, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing by email.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the standard delivery cost. You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

Certain items may be excluded where permitted by law, for example sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where appropriate, photographs. We may offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Eurosonic Group Limited or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Electrolux is a registered trademark of its respective owner and is used under licence.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
