- If you change your mind, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be in original condition, unused with original box. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
- The customer pays the return postage costs for any items sent back. Please contact us before sending your item back so we’re ready to receive it.
- Once your return item has been received by us, inspected and refunded, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It can take up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be shown in your bank account.
- In line with your right to cancel, if you a product within 30 days, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. However, we always endeavour to do this as quickly as possible.
- We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
- All returns and refund are handled by Eurosonic Group Limited directly.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
- As part of our commitment to quality, we are offering you an extra 4 years warranty in addition to your 1-year guarantee (5 years in total).
- Your Electrolux product is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of original purchase, with proof of purchase or receipt. If any defect should occur due to faulty workmanship or material, your faulty product should be returned to the place of purchase, repair or replacement is at the discretion of the retailer.
- The guarantee is subject to the following provisions:
- The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the requirements contained in the instruction manual.
- The product must be used solely for domestic purposes.
- It does not cover general wear and tear, damage, misuse or any consumable parts.
- The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged through inexpert repair.
- The guarantee is only valid within the UK and Eire.
- Your standard 1-year guarantee will only be extended to the maximum available for your individual product upon registration. (Note: products must be registered individually).
- If you do not register your product within 28 days of the original purchase date, your product will only be guaranteed for 1 year.
- If a manufacturing fault occurs after the 1st year we will only offer a replacement, repair or alternative item. The original warranty that was held on the product does not “reset” when we arrange a repair / replacement / alternative item.
- Your extended warranty is only valid with proof of purchase receipt and subject to the conditions outlined above. You can register for your extended warranty here.
